Parkingeye PCN-Paid for 3 hours but have no evidence

Hello,

so sorry for posting a thread. been trying to understand all the information in the sticky threads but feel stressed with time.

PCN was sent to keeper but wasn't driving

2:30 event at a church and parked in a private car park, pay and display. 3 hours paid. had gone away for 3 weeks
2 letters from Parkingeye and missed the 14 day early pay. It doesn't exactly say what was done wrong.

Any reason to fight it?

edit your last post , nobody is a "registered driver"

the KEEPER received the postal notice etc

the DRIVER drove on the day

no naming names etc, as PPC,s read these forums

use the template appeal as KEEPER to appeal on the PE website

in future , keep parking receipts for up to 6 months , as MSE warned people over a year ago , here

and contact the priest there and explain what happened etc and ask him to kindly cancel this pcn, giving him the pcn ref number

Thank you, I have edited my post. Will use the appeal as keeper.

The church doesn't own the car park, it just happen to be about the closest car park to it.

Re-edit your post. You're still identifying the driver. "The keeper did x", "The driver did y". Not "I did..."

If you read the newbies FAQ thread you would see the advice to do 2 things at this stage

Obviously no point you complaining to the church ,- but you know which car park is involved.

Direct your complaint at whoever's car park it is!!

just do as we ask if the keeper is appealing , but appeal as KEEPER using the NEWBIES post #1 template , on their website
