Hospital stay

Hi guy
My wife as been in hospital for 3 weeks now and is being transferred from Basildon hospital in Essex to the London hospital because the opp she has had done is not working and she as quite a few problems
that's why they are transferring her to the London.
She get income support and disability allowance i also get Careers allowance i am getting worried now because i will have to let dwp know about changes to our circumstances and worried they will stop all our benefits which will put us in more debt.
What should i do because i haven't got a clue never delt with anything like this for quit a few years now.
Any help would be much appreciated.

I would also recommend you contact your local Age UK for advice/assistance. They might be able to advise about any other help you can get, especially if you are worrying about further debts.Leylie0
