PPI refund cheque bounced twice

I’ve recently won back my PPI against my Dorothy Perkins store card, I received my cheque for £5825 from AXA. I deposited the cheque only for it to “bounce”
I reported this to AXA and after an investigation they posted me another cheque only for it to “bounce” again!
I have reported this again and am still waiting on a response!!
