    Good bit of propaganda, but given the comparison in the article and the OFCOM report is between streaming and pay TV like Sky, or Virgin Media, ranting on about the BBC and ITV is irrelevant.

    I'm not sure that's true. The whole story is about two arbitrary figures that would appear to have little relation to each other. People can have Pay TV and Streaming (for example, VM and Netflix). Or someone can have one or the other, or neither.

    We can extrapolate the not unreasonable conclusion that with over 30m subscriptions to alternatives to FTA TV in place (in a country with around 27m households) that there is a broad desire for "something else".
