We were awarded PPI money from RBS can we re claim the charges the claims people took under the new rule that you don't pay Bank charges back to PPI claims companies?

    If you're promised to pay a claims company to post your complaints for you, you need to pay them.

    There are no rules that say anything of the sort. If you ask a firm to post off your complaint, whether it's PPI, packaged bank accounts or whatever, you have to pay them

    People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

    Making up rules that do not exist does not get you out of paying a bill.
