We were awarded PPI money from RBS can we re claim the charges the claims people took under the new rule that you don't pay Bank charges back to PPI claims companies?

If you're promised to pay a claims company to post your complaints for you, you need to pay them.0

There are no rules that say anything of the sort. If you ask a firm to post off your complaint, whether it's PPI, packaged bank accounts or whatever, you have to pay them
