Hi
My 72 year old mum currently has her home phone with Post Office and I think her bills are too high. A very minimal amount of calls with all the rest being up front charges etc per quarter.
Can anyone recommend how I could find her a better deal please?

Tick phone line onlyExcuse any mis-spelt replies, there's probably a cat sat on the keyboard0 -
Probably better of with the low cost BT option .
But we don't know what these upfront charges are for .0 -
Name the PO tariff: we are not psychic.
How many mins of calls does she require per month? No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
If more than one hour of calls are made per month, instead of paying a high per-minute rate, swapping to an Unlimited Anytime call plan will save money. On BT, Home Phone Saver has this for £21.99 per month. How much is being spent on Post Office Home Phone now?0
