Listeners must go online to absoluteradio.co.uk, upload a picture of the nominated garden and tell us why they or the person they are nominating should win the "Wickes Fix" garden makeover worth £10,000. Entries will be shortlisted and the top 4 final entrants will be brought to air on the Dave Berry Breakfast Show between 30th July and 2nd June.
All shortlisted finalists will be called ahead of being brought to air. If this finalist is unavailable when we come to call them, a backup finalist will be chosen in their place and the original finalist may miss out on winning.

We will be shortlisting entrants from the open of the competition on the 18th July 2018 at 00.00 up until the close of the competition on 29th July at 23.59

• The first entrant picked to go on air will be notified no later than 12pm on Friday 27th July.

• The 2nd entrant picked to go on air will be notified no later than 12pm Monday 30th July

• The 3rd entrant picked to go on air will be notified no later than 12pm Tuesday 31st Aug

• The final entrant picked to go to air will be notified no later than 12pm Wednesday 1st Aug

All entries will be judged by the Dave Berry Breakfast Show Producer, the Production Manager and an independent judge.

Entries will be judged on how entertaining, funny & heart-warming they are.

For the on air portion, the four shortlisted listeners will then be given the task of performing an "Ode to the Garden"- a poem based performance talking about their garden.

The Dave Berry Breakfast Show producer, the production Manager and an independent judge will then decide who the overall winner is. This winner will be chosen based on how entertaining, heart-warming and funny the performance is.

The following prizes will be awarded to the winner:

• Landmann Grill Chef Dual Burner Gas BBQ - Black
• Worx Lawnmower & Trimmer Set

The value of these items (at sale price) is £258.

The winner will also win a garden makeover by a professional landscaper worth £9750 in total. This cost includes all materials and labour, and any other aspects of the job.

The landscaper will be sourced by the Production Manager from Bauer Media.

If the winner would like to book in extra landscaping work over and above the £9750, all costs must be covered by them.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.
