I've been using a personal current account for business for years. Now what do I do?f

Maybe not in the form of a conversation or letter, but the Ts & Cs of most personal accounts do state that the account isn't to be used for business purposes, which in legal/contractual terms means that they've informed you (and that you've agreed).
It depends what you mean by business use. I'm self employed and have two/three clients pay me monthly by BACS. I was going to use Starling bank but I checked with Nationwide (who checked with their current account team) who confirmed my use was fine.
If I made business payments (business rates and employees were two no-go areas Nationwide listed) then I couldn't use my Flexdirect account.
If in doubt check with your bank (preferably in a way you get the response in writing)
