Arnold Clark Buying car

We sold a car to Arnold Clark yesterday, we had finance on the car so as the price they were offering was not going to clear the finance so paid Arnold Clark £200 to make up the finance that they would clear.
So all signed for and sorted now get a mail from them advising they they will not clear the finance as they have seen a discrepancy in the milage on the car.
So where do i stand now they have the car and not paying the finance and have my £200, been advised I now need to wait 5-7 days for them to complete further checks.
Feel this is a bit out of order.

None the milage provided is right, car was purchased from other Ford dealer 4 months ago with the correct miles (Well as far as we are aware) MOT and HPI check all look okay so no idea what they are on about0

If you are not happy ask for the car and your £200 back if they cant keep to the original deal0
-
You should be entitled to unwind the deal - you get the car and the £200 back.
It might be worth seeing what their checks discover and what impact it'll have on the value.0
