Another CCJ question

Hello all,
I have tried to search but I keep getting conflicting answers...
So today I received my updated credit report (17/7/2018) and there is a CCJ on it for around £400.
It says CCJ judgment date is from 10/7/2018 (seven days ago) - the paperwork has seemingly gone to parents address.
My question is do I get 30 days to pay and will this be removed from my report if I do pay?
Nightmare situation

Thank you all for viewing/replying! I'm in panic mode now.

Yes
If paid in full within 30 days it’s removed from all CRA records0 -
Yes, the courts give you 30 days to pay for it to be removed from your credit file. You will need to contact the court to find out who requested the CCJ (who to pay). When paying query with that company their procedures (since they will need to notify the court you paid).0
