Appeal rejected what next?

Hello from a long time lurker
Appealed a parking charge notice issued by select parking who is IPC member on the grounds that the ticket was issued after 50 days so no keeper liability.
Appeal rejected stating they have up to 6 months to issue PCN for non-POFA cases and extended the time frame to pay reduced rate by another 2 weeks.
The rejection letter does not mention about appealing to IPC. Is this a waiting game now?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Everyone is politely asked not to start a thread till after reading up on this in the newbies faq thread near the top of the forum
Your question is answered there
Note the futility of appeals to IPC companies and the IAS0 -
Apologies if it sounds like that. Read the newbie thread which was very helpful in putting out an appeal. Could not find a reference to non-POFA 6 month time limit for serving PCN which seem to be confusing. Since they dont mention appealing to their cousins at IPC, wonder where the keeper stands?0
-
They, by their own admission, aren't chasing the keeper. They cannot hold the keeper liable so they are simply assuming the keeper was the driver.
Further appeals are futile. Wait and see if they send a formal Letter Before Claim.0 -
Thank you.
Letter before claim = start of court action?0 -
in who's car park? From the Plain Language Commission:
"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"0 -
It was not a car park but employee parking bays for a nearby office. The parking charge was issued by selectparking.co.uk
Car was parked after trading hours around 8pm for about 2 minutes while collecting child from next door. The evidence provided showed 2 photos which were taken 25 seconds apart.0 -
2 minutes is well under the 10 minutes grace period, as it definitely 2 minutes? From the Plain Language Commission:

@ Half-way: Yes, definitely under 2 minutes. Remember running into next door to collect the child. The proof only shows 25 seconds difference. The PCN issued had duration of parking marked as N/A. Thanks.
