    Pay it to Gladstones.
    Today
Why on earth have you waited unti lthe last possible minute?!? You knew the amount and you could have enquired then.
  • Well, that's the point. I'm waiting for them to reply to my most basic enquiry, i.e. how they want me to pay?

I was trying to reach them for the last 14 days as advised by their legal representative after the hearing.

They are not replying on their only communication channel.

Luckily somehow I got to their payment system on their website which still shows incorrect amount.

I guess they spent so many man-hours on this case they are now trying to cut any additional costs. Ha!

It's now paid. But with a credit card with a charge back option should anything go awry.

You could have sent in a cheque 10 days ago.
    Or a postal order
Waiting for the last minute isnt great. After 7 days then you do something else
  • Nah, I'd rather pay electronically. Quickly, free, with protection and still faster than cheque :)

Just pay them £200 electronically with your surname and claim number.

I was looking at this case's old papers and only now has read a reply (debunk) of my defence.

Would anyone be interested to see how Gladstones had replied to my defence on paper to the court? Is it alright to scan and publish their "prosecution" here? I think it might be interesting and educational in order to write even a better defence in the future.

Yep it is fine to show here
Usually their replies to defence are as bad as their template witness statements, so likely good for a laugh!

They won't have demolished your defence at all!  You just got unlucky with ''Judge Bingo'' at small claims court.
