Lloyds PPI Claim

Hello everyone, I’m new to the forum.
Before I go any further, I do realise that due to the loan in question having been taken out with Lloyds more than 20 years ago, my chances of PPI compensation are diminished somewhat.
Okay - I had a loan with Lloyds and I recently submitted a form on their online PPI portal, stating that I had a loan with them and providing two addresses, one of which I would definitely have been living at at the time the loan was taken out. For the record, the loan was fully repaid in the agreed timescale. About ten days later I received a form in the post from them.
The form required me to submit details of my account and the loan details. I have none of this information and I haven’t had an account with Lloyds for a very long time. I have no information to provide them with, the only thing I know for certain is that I had an account and a loan with them. Subsequently, I’ve not been able to return the form as I don’t have the information asked for.
What, if any, course of action can I take now? My thanks in advance for any advice.

My PPI claim was from nat west. I did all the form filling out on there website which was just the same form they sent me in the post. But after 6 weeks of waiting for a reply i decided to just ring them up on the PPI claim line to ask about my claim. They just asked me 2 questions. How were you sold PPI and why do you think it was miss sold. I had an offer in 4 weeks
