hi guys
just some advise needed here please

firstly both my parents are both dead

may 6th 2018 received a letter from a company called N.BROWN GROUP I.E J.D.WILLIAMS & company ltd t.as above the cheque the letter had enclosed was addressed to my late mother
so contacted them had to send details who I was and death cert which I did within a few days
I got a letter back on July 10 after speaking to them and being told it takes 21 days saying everything in order your cheque will be with you in 7 to 10 days working that is
I had another letter today dated 16 saying we received everything we need to process your new cheque ect.
just chatted to them again and said I need to wait till 1st august
its getting a bit daft length of time having to wait
any ideas how long it should take please .
my parents also had loans and mortgage I cant remember which bank it was any ideas how I can find out or should I just send claims into all of them?
and finally were do I get forms from please

How are you going to prove the PPI was miss-sold if they are both dead?

You can certainly complain on behalf of your deceased parents, but you must stick to very factual reasons. You cannot make any unfounded accusations about what may or may not have been said at point of sale, for example, since you were not there. You need to stick to complaints about eligibility and suitability, but only if these apply of course.

It would also be unwise to send "complaints" to all lenders with no knowledge of whether your parents even had finance with those institutions.

You are faced with an uphill battle, I'm afraid.

they already sent a cheque in mothers name the money belongs to her estate
but the cheque has to come back into my name to be put into an account
