SAR HSBC for PPI, address to send it to??

Can anyone help me with a Standard Access Request to HSBC please? I am wanting copies of everything they have regarding PPI on my credit card account.
I have had a reply about PPI and a refund but I think the amount is incorrect and I had the policy for longer hence the SAR.
Is there a link to a letter template and does anyone know the correct address please?
Thanks.

Just tell them you are making a SAR. No template needed. There's a contact number on this page - https://www.hsbc.co.uk/1/2/linklaunch/contactandsupport
However, it would be more effective to ask them for a breakdown of the figure.0 -
Thanks Zx81, I have a copy of the breakdown but I think it was paid for longer then HSBC say it was, I will send the SAR and see what happens. I already tried once but they just resent a copy of the breakdown which I already had, I sent it to the wrong address though (I sent it to the PPI department) so I want to make sure it goes to the correct address this time,
Thanks.0 -
Would this be the correct address??

Why not simply follow the link provided in post #2?
Incidentally, do you truly expect a SAR to contradict what the Bank have already told you?
Bluntly, your only realistic chance of getting any additional monies from this is if you have documentary proof from your own archive that shows you paid more than they are refunding.0 -
Because the link in post 2 doesn’t give an address and I think it’s worth a try0

I think it’s worth a try
I'd eat my hat if a SAR somehow contradicted what they have refunded you.
I direct you again to post #2.
Ring the Bank and ask them what address you should send your vexatious SAR.
I promise you won't be getting any more unless you somehow have documentation from your own archive showing you paid more than they are refunding0
