Urgent help please
Hello, I'm new to this and need urgent advice. Got a car on PCP in November, was told car would have a service before picking the car up. Cars been in garage 5 times inn7 months and recently was inner a knocking noise twice inn10 days, the first time they said there was nothing wrong and to monitor, which I did. Got worse and called RAC who said it wasn't fit for purpose and needed to be towed to garage. Car is still under warranty. I had problems with brakes in March and since checking all my information. They said they done a full service in November including brake change and fluid change ECT. They signed and stamped to say they completed the work but since found out they didn't do any of the work that was stated.
They have accepted rejection of the car but are refusing to give deposit back. Where do i stand please x

How much was the deposit and what do you think you should be paying for the use of the car you've had?0 -
I paid £500 deposit and currently have paid £2100 on the finance which I have said I do not want back because I have used the car but just want the deposit back as the rejection was not due to me returning the car through fault of my own. Thank you for your reply0

Originally we did ask for the full amount but because we've had usage of the car for 7 months they said we wasn't entitled to the amount so there for we asked for the deposit back0
