Shared Ownership Solicitor Fees

I am currently in the process of buying a shared ownership property. The housing association has passed me onto their preferred finance company, which is currently assisting with the mortgage application. They have since referred a solicitor firm which has got in touch.

My question is, how much should the fees actually cost?

Is a fixed fee of £1095 approximately the standard rate for purchasing a new build shared ownership property? (although it says fixed, there still seems to be a lot of caveats in the sense that there could be x charge for this and that)

    I'd say thats around average.
We bought our property as shared ownership 3 years ago and paid £950 in fees.

As thats a fixed fee i imagine the extras are things charged by others that your solicitor will need to arrange such as searches, whereby your solicitor will request them and add the cost to your bill but they make no money off them.
