This month we've partnered with the vineyard to give one lucky person a mid-week break to the beautiful Woodchester Valley Vineyard, near Stroud. The winner will receive an overnight stay in the Vineyard Barn Guest Rooms and be treated to a guided vineyard and winery tour with a full tutored tasting of 5 of their current wines!

Woodchester Valley was established in 2007, when a single acre was planted at their Amberley site to assess the suitability of the land for growing vines. Their first vintage was produced from their 2010 harvest, and was so successful that they decided to establish their own winery in 2016, with their 2016 vintage being the first year they produced their own wines on site. Woodchester Valley now make a variety of award-winning still and sparkling wines, both white and ros!, using a selection of grape varieties, some of which we even use to make the vermouth for our Summer Cup!
