hi, i currently have a Barclays card that's being paid via Robinson way on a payment plan.
I've not missed a payment but on my credit file under the robinson way account each month it gets marked as a default but the balance owing is shown to be reducing each month,is it correct that robinson way should be recording a default each month ? TIA
