    Except 2 of the properties are still council owned so they don't have the PRC certificate and won't be able to get it.

    So I came to this forum for help and got a bunch of useless responses. That's why I never bother posting on here. Seems like things don't ever change here.

    Thanks to all for the total lack of support and useless advice.

    Turns out it was the broker stalling as the buyer was trying to resolve an issue.

    PRC certificates are not required for neighbours houses. I called the valuer and they confirmed that the valuation had gone through and they hadn't requested any further information. Called the broker out on it and he tried to spin it but eventually admitted no further information required from me.

    Only posted my reply in case someone else finds themselves in this situation.

    Definitely won't be coming back to this place.
