Hi all, after ignorning Gladstones multiple LBC, I received a text message from them threatening court action.
I'm just wondering how they've obtained my number and if you guys have experienced the same? Are they in breach of any privacy laws?
Thanks

No, theyre not in breach. Its trivial to find your mobile number. Entirely so.0

This is what I received and pretty sure it's targeted at me.
Sender: Gladstones
Message: We intend to issue a Country Court claim against you on XX/07/2018 unless full payment is made of £XXX. Visit (website) quoting reference XXXXX.
don't recall other members of the forum receiving anything other than letters in the mail.0 -

It has been known for these idiots to send text rubbish
As said BLOCK THEM
Before any court action Gladrags must comply with
the new procedure for debt recovery and that is proof
of their claim and 30 days to respond
Silly text messages DO NOT comply
It is the work of a very un-professional and a very
incompetent legal0 -
If you get a LBC then reply to that. You haven't said what letters you got?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
