Metro Link Parking Charge

so as the parking is handled by care , but the land comes under bylaws (which care KNOW about) , and care know they cannot instigate court action
why
1: have they retained your info for longer than necessary
2: handed your info to another company , after info should have been removed from system (this is NOT normal parking - 6 yrs to instigate court)
3: allowed there agent (DRP) to state that they would instigate court action
this and other cases like this need reporting0 -
TFGM have forwarded my case on to KeolisAmey as the contract is between them and Care Parking.
no it wasnt !"!"!"!"
the contract between KeolisAmey and TFGM only started on 18.01/17
so your case preseads this
expect bluff and bluster but no answer from them or TFGM

the actual car park is listed and comes under TFGM (bylaws)
As far as I can see, it says parking is free, and does not qualify that by saying, "only during Metro Link operating hours."
Perhaps Care Parking are mistaken, or were telling porky pies in order to generate an income.
I am impressed with the facilities for people with disabilities. :TI married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Yes - I've queried when the contract with KAM started and suggested that TFGM owned the land prior. I'll see what they say.
I think that PDF is newer than my parking incident. Its dated 2016. I think the purpose of the car park (free hours) changed shortly after my charge - hence me thinking it had gone away.0
