Remortgage and equity transfer average rough time frame

Good morning,

My ex is buying me out but he is remortgaging the house to be able to do so. I have signed and returned the TR1 form to his conveyancing solicitor but have not heard anything since. I just wondered what is the average timescale for this process is?

Thank you :):):)

Roughly 3 months at a guess. It is two transactions, transfer and re-mortgage.
