Hi, can someone help. I've discovered I'm paying a direct debit to Domestic and General on a monthly basis. I've no idea why apart from about 9 yrs ago we had a faulty fridge and had to set up a 12 month service plan to get it fixed (I don't know for definite this is the source, but having read old threads this appears to be a possible link). Fix didn't last and fridge long since gone. I've contacted Domestic and General and they don't have any record of the reference number. I also have never received any correspondence from Domestic and General, no renewal letters, nothing.
Thanks
Thanks

The first thing to do is contact your bank and cancel the direct debit.
