    Put simply, no, you weren't mis-sold.


    You bought a car without test driving it or even looking inside it.


    You were mugged off but you did make it easy for them.

    +1 to all of that.

    Not doing any due diligence and just taking the deal (including change the car :eek:) does not mean being mis-sold.
