Laptop Problems

I have recently rebooted my laptop and hadnt installed norton before i went online, i have since installed and ran norton, also ran spybot, ad watch and adware to check for viruses as my laptop *This sounds crazy but there is no other way i know how to describe it* but been talking as in it sounds like clips from a radio station, also adverts for camera's and every now and then it seems to make noises as if it is taking screenshots.

Help does this sound like i have a virus?
Im useless with laptops so dont have a clue what it is?

Are you on AOL?

Did you turn on the firewall before you connected to the net (or do you have a router?).

rebooted means shutdown and restart btw, not reinstalling windows.

ohhh ok well i reinstalled windows
im on virgin media the firewall was on but just the one they give you, i have a router...i think it automatically conects to the internet

Does it do this on every page, ie www.google.com?

does it do it when IE is closed?

Are there any adverts on the pages that you hear noises on?

It does it when im not on IE sometimes but mostly when i am on it
I dont think there are any adverts as i was looking to see if it was an advert
