    Just a quick note.
Sadly, yesterday we received some bad news. A very close family member has been diagnosed with terminal stomach cancer with 9 months left to live.
There are more important things in life.

There are indeed more important things in life than trying to prevent others putting a roof over their heads, having read your objection letter, you've fallen into the trap of trying to sound like and expert but falling down in the language you use, as a householder your objection would probably have sounded better and more genuine if you had used your normal writing style.
Saying you think the development is ugly weakens your entire submission imo, it makes it look like you're just trying anything to prevent the development because you don't like how it looks
