    I'd be careful about posting the name of the company concerned. There's nothing to gain from it, other than a potential defamation case.

    Did you buy with cash or credit card?

    There's very little to lose going to small claims court. The opponents can't claim legal costs from you. You shouldn't need your own legal representation either. You just need to do your research on the internet

    What are you claiming for?

    Are you claiming for the cost of fixing the problem? If so, did you give them an opportunity to fix it?

    Are you claiming for a full refund of the purchase price? If so, did you physically return the car to them within the first 30 days?
