    It's pretty easy:

Scart from Sky+ box to DVD
Set DVD channel to AUX or EXT
    Insert blank DVD
    Press play on Sky+
    Press record on DVD recorder
When you've finished remember to 'finalise' the disc (see your manual for instructions)

My Philips DVD recorder has a button called 'monitor' so you can see exactly what's being recorded - don't know what other brands have.

It took me a couple of goes to get it right (wasted a few blank DVDs in the days when they were over £1 each), but it's easy when your leads and channels are set up right.

Its even better than that - there is a copy function on the sky+ screens, so you can copy several at a time onto the one disk, separated by a synopsis of what you're recording.
