I just received an item I bought on ebay 1 year and 2 months ago. It had been posted with a second class stamp. Unfortunately the postmark is smudged....

Checking my ebay cases, I filed an INR in May 2017 and won because the seller didn't respond, which also earned him a neg. His last feedback left/received is over a year ago so I think I won't bother contacting him now.

How can you see this? I can only see cases 90 days old. I ask as I need to find a case from 7ish months ago and cannot. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't know about within Ebay but I'd have a record within my archived emails that I could search, so up to about 7 years.

When you go to the resolution center, there is a drop down menu called period where you can choose the timeframe. You can go back as far as 18 months.
