I don't know where to post this, so I will try here, and see what suggestions people come up with.
We need new home phones, as the old ones are dying. I have already replace one battery, and now at least one more needs replacing - so it is time to give them a decent burial.
I bought the BT 3500 quad + answering machine from Argos yesterday. The ringtones were so diabolical it went back today. I bought the BT 4500 from Comet this morning, and the ringtones (all 15 of them) were equally diabolical.
All we need is a quad set of phones with an answering machine, but with a decent ringtone. Please can someone give me some help. Perhaps you have a quad set and you recommend the choice of ringtones. Alternatively, are there any retailers where you can listen to the ringtones on these phones. They have phones on display in Comet, for example, but none of them are plugged in.
Any help would be appreciated.
