    I mean i haven't already stated that I have CLINICAL DEPRESSION or anything. I'm here for HELP as i have a grand total of ZERO EXPERIENCE in dealing with this sort of thing. I don't speed. I don't do anything outside of the rules and if the truth isn't good enough then what the hell is?! I have no idea how to best approach this and the mocking being done here because of my lifestyle is causing me to lie here in bed on the verge of today's 5th panic attack.

    @fayerie - What Quentin is asking here is important in terms of how we guide you. You might have overlooked it last evening with all the exchanges, but if you could answer that one question, we can give you considered (but possibly not magical) advice.

    Right so I can tell you VCS are unlikely to consent to a set aside, so you need to do the £255 set aside. Your mental health issues would explain why you are not able to face opening and dealing with post efficiently and why you missed the court claim.

    You need to read other £255 set aside threads with a six point Draft Order.

    im back,

    I have managed to get a court date at my local courthouse for the 30th August.

    Going to be burying my nose in the forums and arming myself appropriately.

    Thank you all for tolerating me, i know i can be difficult at times and the patience and kindness here has been thoroughly undeserved.
