Worse or better.?
Are they still governed by UK law?

Just discovered that P E have been sold by Capita to an Australian bank and other investors for £235 million.

Perhaps when it isn't owned by British fat cats, this Government might address the shady dealings of this Company and be more inclined to look after the British motoring public.

Women and cats will do as they please, and men and dogs should relax and get used to the idea.

The answer is in the sale document and the cash flow projections. If you get a copy, could we have a look?

Edit: The above is incorrect in that there are no "copies" anymore. There will be an online dataroom on a Goldman Sachs server somewhere with restricted access. You need a username / password or you hack it.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Reminds me that back in the 80's building society's
and banks were buying up estate agents wholesale

Greed was the main theme at the time ..... that failed,
even more so now with online estate agents

I know Capita are financially stressed with the same
mindset as Carillion so offloading some of their portfolio
makes sense but from all we read about Parking Eye, they
are cash rich .... why would you offload a cash rich company ?

    Three points here

1: As Capita sleeps with government, maybe they know
something about the new proposed bill on parking that
will cause problems for parking companies

2: Will a Australian bank want to be involved in a scam ?

3: Remember RBS and Fred's buying spree that cost
him his job and bust the bank .... now our bank
