Help with Plevin claim

I had my claim for PPI turned down by the Ombudsman a couple of years ago before the Plevin case. I want to reclaim, have all the original documents but where do I start?
The company I bought my car through went bust a few years ago but the insurance was done through Blue Motor Finance. Do I write directly to them? Also how do I word it? I did look on this site for a template letter but there isn't one for Plevin cases.
Is it worth asking someone who knows the law to draft a letter for me?

Easy. It takes just one sentence. "please review my original complaint rejection under the Plevin ruling".

Most plevin payouts are just in the hundreds of pounds. There is no need to pay a solicitor hundreds of pounds to write a sentence using the free-of-charge complaints process.
