Incorrect. The assessment provider makes a recommendation to the DWP, which is almost always accepted.

I wonder why they gave me the longest awards for both ESA and Pip?
Either because they don't like me or they don't want the money obviously

Nannytone is correct.

The DWP decision maker makes the decision. not the ATOS / Capita HCP.
