UKPC Parkhouse Court PC

So a few months ago, I parked in a UKPC car park to go shopping.
"The first hour of parking is free you must display a ticket"
I did not display a ticket...
I remained there no longer than 20 minutes and received a PC, thought nothing of it.
Started receiving post stating I owed money, continued to receive post, I eventually decided to appeal the charge, So I sent off an appeal. As shown below
***Start of Appeal***
I received a notification letter from yourselves recently, explaining my vehicle was in breach of the terms and conditions which were 'clearly' displayed, when I parked my vehicle at Aldi Hatfield on the xx/xx/xxxx. Stating I parked without clearly displaying a valid pay and display ticket - baring in mind the first hour of parking is FREE for this car park and I remained on the premises for no longer than 20 minutes. I am appealing this because it is an utterly unjustifiable charge.
Firstly, there is poor signage in the Aldi car park stating the terms and conditions; being unclear, with too few signs and failure to clearly inform the public that if parking there for the free hour that you still need to display a ticket.
Furthermore, I was using the car park for its intended purpose, which was to shop at the Aldi store for myself and my three witnesses who came to the store with me on that day. Attached you will clearly see a bank statement evidencing I was a PAYING customer on the xx/xx/xxxx. I have been in contact with Aldi Hatfield who are in support of my appeal to this unjust charge.
Additionally, the fact that you wish I pay £100 is extortionate, insulting and unwarranted. As by parking in that car park for under 20 minutes I did not cause yourselves to lose £100 or even close to that amount of profit. The first hour of parking is free! Therefore, even if I had of displayed a ticket I would not have paid any money into your car park as we intended to spend less than an hour in the Aldi store; so I would have had a free ticket anyway. If you check your CCTV footage which your signs state the car park has in operation you can clearly identify that my vehicle entered and vacated the car park well within the hour.
I feel personally harassed by yourselves, because in essence you are fining me for simply doing my shopping, and an absurd charge at that - I could have paid for all of my witnesses shopping, paid to park all day in that car park and not have even paid close to £100. I await your response and hope your intimidation is ceased immediately.
***END OF APPEAL***
I also attached a copy of my bank statement showing a transaction at the store on the date of the ticket.
Recently I received another letter which states my appeal had been rejected...
Because
1) There are sufficient signs at parkhouse court advising drivers that a valid pay and display ticket must be clearly displayed when parked in un-numbered bays.
2)The Highest court in the UK, the Supreme Court has unambiguously confirmed that parking charges issued on private land are fully enforceable. In the case of ParkingEye V Beavis [2015] UKSC 67 their lordships stated that private parking charges were enforceable because they served a legitimate interest and were in the interests of the public generally. The case confirmed that the amount of the charge does not have to reflect any loss that might have been cause by breach of the terms and conditions of parking. The Supreme court decision is binding law on all other courts throughout the UK.
So now I have the option to simply pay the £60 fine or I can appeal to POPLA and then I may get the ticket revoked or have to pay the full £100. I am unsure whether I should continue with the appeal process. Even though I was not creating any sort of nuisance in the parking lot.
I know I have probably made a few mistakes as I have stated I was the driver at the time.
Anyone have any useful information or helpful advice to give, Please fire away.

The NEWBIES thread is your first point of call on here
You are of course aware that UKPC is a fraudulent firm
who fake pictures and has been banned by the DVLA twice
in the past.
Why pay scammers ???? get your POPLA codeand come back here
for all the help you need
READ ABOUT UKPC but ignore the blog about UKPC being
banned, they were but not at present

I have my POPLA reference number if that is what you are talking about.
I was just looking for help on what I should mention in my appeal to them, that I either have not already mentioned or haven't done a good enough job of explaining in my first appeal direct to UKPC.
Thank you.0 -

We know.
Same as everyone here does, except most don't blab about driving (but some make your mistake too). You mucked up the first appeal and threw away the best appeal point, but hey ho, it happens. Don't go writing the same stuff at POPLA stage.
That's why you need the third post of the NEWBIES thread - POPLA is a MUCH longer appeal than the first appeal (that you didn't see in time!) but again there are templates for you.
You will LOSE at POPLA if you talk about 'no loss' or no nuisance in the car park ('parking lots' exist in the USA, not England). You may well lose anyway and have to defend this in court later.
What did the retail park owners say when you phoned to complain, first? Please don't reply saying you didn't complain then still asking what to do...or saying you don't know who runs the retail park (can't stand replies like that, when posters are sitting here with Google at their fingertips).
...COMPLAIN FIRST. NOW. Could be cancelled by the retail park by tomorrow.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
