    If the industry is heavily circumscribed a lot of the smaller companies will no doubt go to the wall. PE would be in a good position to mop them up and clean up its act.
    You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

    one of the parking Cos has already set up and running a fuel theft website , using ANPR etc to go after drive offs , not sure how the police think about this , crimes not being reported ans private $%^&* going after "villains"

    I think the "villainy" here will be the fact that they are using KADOE to get keepers info , when those cases are NOT related to parking
