Hello...
I bought two tickets for the festival that has now been cancelled. It was due to be Friday 24th August. No tickets have been issued.
I paid £6.50 "booking fee" per ticket and the company, ticketline, say they will not refund this.
Basically, I am paying them £13 for nothing. Is there anything I can do?
