However, its an open forum. She posts her view, I post mine, as do the others. If there are conflicting views, then its up to the individual poster to decide what to do.

That's good to hear. I found this site probably when it first started and there were only a handful of posts. I bookmarked it with the intention of doing simlar as you do now but thought better of it as I was concerned then about the compliance angle. Forgot about it completely till I stumbled on it the other day. Up till reading your post above I've been wary about what I say compliance wise even now let alone the fact I've not kept up to date on almost every change in the past 5 years since getting out of the industry.

I appreciate all the advice given on this site and we're all quite capable of evaluating and examining any advice given Retired IFA. So if you havn't anything positive to say why say anything at all ( Werther's Orginal anyone?)
