Stuck my SIM card in phone brand new

We need to know the make of phone - could be the sd card slot?
can you see the sim card?0 -

As it says above, I stuck my SIM card in my phone. Hadn’t even used it as a phone yet.
There was a tray on the side of the phone I was supposed to put the sim in, but this wasn’t clear and now the sim is stuck.
Really annoyed as I need a phone for work.
What are my rights?
You messed up, what do you think your rights are0 -
Simply take it to a repair shop, pay their bill.
Put it down to experience.Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0 -
This is easily done. I've done it even though I knew and understood that the SIM card was supposed to go on the tray, not directly into the slot.
I managed to remove it from the slot using a sewing needle and a lot of patience!
You have to accept responsibility for your own actions I'm afraid!0 -
You have the right to buy another phone.0

Take it to a small repair shop.
It's the phone version of an ID10T error on a computer.
Hopefully they will be kind and understanding (and cheap). The best portion of your life will be the small, nameless moments you spend smiling with someone who matters to you.0 -
Remember you've now voided any warranty on the phone. Manuals and Quick Start guides are included for a reason and shouldn't be ignored, I'm afraid0
