I have read here that if purchased with a credit card you have up to 6 years to use section 75 and reclaim money back?
But what if you are not with this comapny anymore?
Can we approach the credit card company? and still make a claim?
thanks

It doesn't matter if you are not with the card company anymore.
If you give even a shred of detail people will be able to help.
What is the issue?
What has the retailer said (although you don't have to approach them first, it can be easier)?
When did you buy it?
How much did you pay?0 -

As you mention VAT, did you purchase as a consumer and pay a VAT inclusive price or was it a business purchase?
Even though the taps are faulty, this doesn't mean that you are entitled to a full refund.
The Consumer rights act allows a retailer to withhold some of the original price paid to cover the good use of the goods that you have had and after 5+ years, you may not get too much back.0 -
Wow, it is like pulling your tooth out.
Why don't you just say the whole story, and then someone might be able to help you.0 -
