Help electrical work done

Options
hI
We had some electric work done. Hubby layed wired ready and left where sockets should be.
Electricain came fitted boxes, front plates but didn't screw up front plates and left sockets hanging.
In corner he cut and relayed wire for washer plus a spur switch above WT. again left hanging and not screwed in. the wire for washer is too short if socket is screwed in it pulls out of corner. also wife said d socket was to be left as it was fixed out wall but Electricain told her its easy to recess now he chased back to brickwork and left it again hanging off wall all these sockets were live..

My wife is not expert and just listened and thought it was all ok...
but carried on in house using other sockets while these were hanging.

got in touch with guy but he got someelse to do work.

emailed him with problems he is implying I did the wiring and boxes and they worked under wifeys watchful eye... and he will help out if he can putting it right..

where do i stand getting him to put it right?

Get a decent sparky to do the work and then bill him. Sound like he subbed it out to a general handy man.
