Costs - rough estimate help

Hi,
Apologies if this is not appropriate for the forum but I have recently (last year) bought my first home and want to get some work done on it. Whilst I am a relatively competent DIYer, re-tiling my kitchen floor over about 2 months this winter has made me realise that I value my time over any savings made through DIYing some things. As such, I was hoping I could get a rough idea of what I should budget for someone else to do the below? I understand there are lots of factors but I want to know what I'm saving towards if I can.
- Re-tiling hallway (about 6m2), removal of stair and landing carpet and refinishing wooden stairs/floorboards. Assume about £200 for tiles and grout.
- Boarding loft and installing new loft hatch, plus basic wiring for lighting. About 30m2 loft
- Re-tiling bathroom walls and floor, replace side of bath and possibly also re-box pipework for toilet. Replace toilet, sink, towel rail, and shower head with 'nice ones' as what we have is new but very basic currently. 4m2 bathroom. (mainly labour cost for this as I get that materials are variable)
- Re-carpet and underlay bedroom and living room.15m2 each.
Thanks in advance for any advice!
