Learner Driver Car Insurance

I've read on the forum pages about Veygo (by Admiral) as an option for cheaper, flexible car insurance for learner and newly qualified drivers (i.e. those have recently passed driving test), but they don't provide cover for Northern Ireland drivers.
Is there an alternative company that offers a similar product for NI customers?
