How do i add Central Heating Inhibitor?

Just finished decorating the hall, and figured I ought to put some inhibitor in the system before I open the rad valves. It's never had any added since I lived here (12+ years), however I don't see too much in the way of sludge and none of the rads have cold spots.
I'm heading down Screwfix later, not sure what's best to get.
My combi-boiler doesn't seem to have a filling loop (It's a Worcester Bosch CDi35 II), and there is no tank in the loft, so it seems doing it now is the right time :-)
The big question is, how do I get the damn stuff into the rad without spilling most of it... Is there some kind of filling kit I should get, or should I go with liquid or concentrate?

Got one of these:

and a bottle of this:

And it was as easy as pie. Took the bleed screw surround nut out, screwed the filling fit in, screwed it onto the bottle, and let it do it's stuff (with a gentle squeeze). Not a drop spilt. Well for the £3.490 -
the easist way is to take the blanking nut of the top of the towel radiator in the bathroom and pour it in there if you have one0
