Thank you Martin for showing us how to reclaim bank charges as I eventually got them refunded to the sum of £2000.
I used your templates but the bank initially refused so I contacted FOS who took the bank to task.
Iam now in the process of looking out loans which had PPI and will contact the firms involved (fingers crossed)
