Saga arrangement fee

Car insurance renewal time!
Got a Saga quote online, quite good. Thought I would ring them as the quote should be on their system.
The preamble to the call mentioned a £25 arrangement fee.
So decided to carry on the online quote, got quite a way through it but nowhere was the extra fee mentioned.
My question is, is the fee added to the quote when you get to the payment page or is there no fee for online applications.

Not been through Saga, but I do know my car insurance (GA) incurs a fee if make changes by phoning, but is free if I do it online so it could be the same.0
