Gladstones Letter - ANPR Parking Services
AheadUmar
Recently received a letter from Gladstones Solicitors in regards to ANPR Parking Charge I received a few months back.
It was very late in the evening when I was parked in a small courtyard for an emergency as my Grandad was very ill. However, stuff I am sure you have heard before! I wasn't aware at the time it was restricted parking and it being past 11 in the evening, there was no one in the area.
So i have received a letter which starts with ' We have been instructed by ANPR Parking Services Ltd in relation to the above debt' . . . which is £160.00.
Strangely enough, the letter has come through the post yesterday which is the 09/07/18 but it is dated as 03/07/2018, so my time to take action seems to have reduced massively.
Is it worth me taking action against the fine or should I pay the fine? I have read through many of the posts and your support and help has been fantastic, so thank you in advance.

You need to read the NEWBIES thread post #2 about how to reply to a Gladstones letter - UNLESS it is asking you to pay Debt Recovery Plus, in which case, ignore it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD0 -
It will likely say pay Debt Recovery Plus. File and wait for one that says pay GladstonesThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

Is this a Letter before claim or rubbish asking you to
pay a third party
You do not owe £160, this includes a fake charge of £600
