Medical Only Travel Insurance

Hello All,
I've got an AMEX card which gives me travel insurance with it, but not for pre-existing conditions.
Can anyone recommend a product that would only cover the pre-existing conditions? Or only cover medical?
I tried to ask AMEX if I could pay a supplement to get pre-existing conditions covered and they said no.
My concern would be, would a 'medical only policy' cover you for cancellation etc. in the event of a medical situation, or would it only cover pre-existing / medical conditions whilst away? (I suppose that's down to the policy wording!).
If all else fails, it's only about £50 a year for travel cover which includes it all...
Thanks for ideas in advance!
Best,
A

Better to keep silent and thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.

Not usually.
Medical costs are usually in a seperate section to cancellation/curtailment, but of course you can check the policy wording. If all else fails, it's only about £50 a year for travel cover which includes it all...
That sound very good if it includes your pre-existing condition(s).0
