Help - New Build Issues - Persimmons

Hi,
First time posting so I hope I’ve got this in the right place. I’v recently moved into a new build by Persimnons... There has been a ton of issues that I won’t get into right now, but the one that’s popped up recently is I had my washer/dryer and dishwasher delivered the other day. Or attempted to be delivered.
When the guys from AO.com went to fit them, turns out there was no piping or drainage for the washer/dryer. They said that Persimmons should have supplied and fitted this. Now I did ask them to leave a space for both dishwasher and washer/dryer. Upon inspection there aren’t holes or anything under the sink to allow a pipe for the drainage of the washer/dryer to run to the space thy left. I had to contact the site manager, who is a very friendly guy even though I must be pestering him with everything. He said they can make holes for the piping and wastage, but because I opted not to buy the washer/dryer from them they weren’t under any obligation to supply and fit the drainage and wasteage...is this right?
Also the dishwasher couldn’t be fitted because there’s a pipe at the back of the space that goes up to my boiler... the pipe also isn’t flush with the wall meaning the space is about two and a half inches less than it should be in length. This meant my dishwasher didn’t fit in the space and as both dishwasher and washing machine are integrated they need to be flush. Persimmons are saying no other property has had this issue and that’s where the pipe should be and they can’t move it. I’ve got pictures, but not sure how to attach to show. I’m just not sure if this is right.
Maybe it is and I’m being a pat, but not sure if anyone else has any experience with this?

Yes, the same issue with the washing machine. They had left a space for the washing machine, but the plumbing for it is in the next cupboard for both the water in, and waste water outlet, and there was no hole between the 2.
Had to drill 2 holes through myself, on the plus side AO refunded the install charges, and once I'd done that it was easy to connect it up.0
